To: All Members of the Albany County Democratic Committee

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a meeting of the Albany County Democratic Committee will convene on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 7:30 PM at the Polish Community Center, 225 Washington Avenue Extension, Albany, NY for the purpose of designating Democratic candidates for nomination for election to the following public offices, to be voted for at the general election in 2012: Member of the NYS Senate, 46th Senate District; Member of the NYS Assembly, 108th Assembly District; and Member of the NYS Assembly, 109th Assembly District, and to transact such other business as may come before the committee.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that committee members from the Town of Colonie are invited but need not attend the designating caucus.
